These terms apply when you use undriving.living and the services Undriving Tree Service offers through it. If you use the site, call the phone number on it, or send a form, you accept these terms. This page is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What Undriving Tree Service Does

Undriving Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not remove trees, grind stumps, trim branches or clear storm damage. We are also not part of any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you reach are independent businesses. Each one is solely responsible for its quotes, prices, schedule, work quality, safety habits, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, supervise or direct providers. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they answer, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance, and get a written quote.

Information Only, Not Advice

The content on this site is general information. It is not advice from an arborist (a tree expert), a lawyer, an insurer or a financial adviser. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They change from job to job and are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider. Where it matters, also check with your insurer and your local permit office.

What We Ask of You

Give accurate details when you contact us. Use this site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, disrupt it, or try to get in without permission.

Phone, Text and Email Contact

When you call the number on this site or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop at any time by emailing contact@undriving.living.

Ownership of Site Content

The text and design of this site belong to Undriving Tree Service or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Undriving Tree Service is not liable for loss or harm that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from any deal between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
