How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To

You talk to an independent local tree provider. That is a business in your region that does the work itself. Undriving Tree Service only makes the introduction.

This page does not list staff, because the work is not done by us. The provider on your call is the one who comes to your yard.

What Happens on the Call

The call is short. Expect a few plain questions:

  • Where is the tree?
  • What is wrong with it?
  • How close is it to the house, a fence, or power lines?
  • Do you want the stump ground down too?

Photos help if you can send them. The provider may then set a visit to look at the tree. Many give a written quote after that visit.

What to Ask a Provider

Ask before you hire. Here are good questions, and what a solid answer sounds like.

  • Are you insured? A good answer is yes, and they will show proof. Ask to see it.
  • Who does the work? A good answer names who will be on site. Be wary if the answer is vague.
  • Is the quote in writing? It should list the work, the cleanup, and the price.
  • Does the price include hauling and stump work? Get a clear yes or no for each.
  • How do you protect my roof, lawn, and fence? A careful provider has a plan.

Red Flags

Walk away if you see these.

  • Pressure to sign on the spot
  • A large cash payment demanded up front
  • No proof of insurance
  • A quote that is only spoken
  • Climbing near power lines with no plan

You Are in Control

You can say no at any point. You can ask for a second quote. You decide what happens in your yard.

If a storm just hit, take care first. Stay clear of downed lines and leaning trees. Then reach out.
